Why did we choose this location?

The big advantage of this project is transport. The project is close to the tram and metro and 7 minutes from the center of Prague. We are in Libeň - one of the best accessible parts of Prague (metro, tram station), but also for cyclists (cycle route A26). It is also a historically interesting locality of Prague 8, which lived its "good" life. It was the workplace of many famous personalities (Eduard Štorch, Bohumil Hrabal ...). Libeň is currently entering the modern world. In terms of greenery and the presence of the river, this part of Prague is the most attractive.
